A full custom loop is not the answer for someone who just wants to lower fan noise, and a simple cable reroute will not fix a GPU that throttles at 92 degrees.
Before you book anything, sit down and write down what is actually bothering you. Is it the sound of the fans ramping up during a game? Is it the temperature readout on your CPU package? Or is it purely visual, the mess of cables blocking the glass panel? Each of these points to a different service format, and mixing them up is how people end up paying for work they did not need.
